Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a U-Box Customer Care Representative (CCR) to handle containers and provide friendly service on local routes. This role involves operating flatbeds and forklifts with training provided, loading/unloading containers, and ensuring timely deliveries to customers’ homes and businesses.

Minimum requirements include a clean driving record, CDL, DOT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and being at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required.
• Department of Transportation certification is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations, local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

Education
