Lynker Corporation, a leader in weather and climate science solutions, seeks a TypeScript Developer to design and build data-rich, map-enabled web apps. You will work with React and modern tooling to connect to live data via REST/JSON APIs, delivering reusable frontend components and high-quality code across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has advanced front-end skills, GIS exposure, and a passion for usable interfaces.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills in TypeScript and a modern framework such as React.
• Experience building interactive, data-rich web interfaces.
• Comfort connecting applications to REST/JSON APIs and working with structured data.
• Comfort with Git and modern web build and deployment tooling.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Front-end development: design and build user-facing web applications in TypeScript that highlight and share spatial data.
• Spatial data visualization: create interactive maps and views for geospatial data.
• Reusable foundations: develop reusable components for current and future front-end apps.
• Integration: connect applications to live data and services via API.
• Collaboration & quality: work with Science, Engineering, Platform, and Applications teams; write tested, maintainable code and documentation.
