Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking a Regional Director for North TX, headquartered in Dallas. You will lead a region of schools with focus on leadership, financial management, program quality, and customer service to deliver our Brand Promise of exceptional education.

Under the Regional VP, you will drive growth, monitor performance, and ensure safety, staffing, and compliance across sites, with travel across the region and availability to work non-standard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Early Childhood Education or related field.
• TX Director Credential required.
• Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in education management.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
• Ability to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure school standards meet licensing and company policies while executing strategic plans to drive results.
• Stay updated on policies, practices, and market trends affecting the region.
• Work with Directors to develop operating plans addressing growth, revenue, profitability.
• Monitor key financial indicators and pursue grants or accreditation support.
• Maintain safety and supervision systems across schools.
• Communicate new state or company policies to stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships using insights to deliver solutions exceeding expectations.
