Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
• U.S. citizenship, national, or eligible resident status.
• No teaching certification required; diverse backgrounds welcome.

Responsibilities

• Teach two years full-time in an under-resourced public school.
• Build genuine relationships with students and families.
• Learn to navigate barriers kids face inside and outside the classroom.
• Sharpen communication, problem-solving, and collaboration through daily classroom leadership.
• Work with the school community to remove obstacles and open doors for students.
