Through our two-year teaching corps, we place and support people who teach full-time in under-resourced public schools.

Qualifications

• GPA: 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree (in any field).
• Citizen, national, or legal resident of the United States, EAD holder, or have DACA status.

Responsibilities

• Teach two years full-time in an under-resourced public school.
• Build genuine relationships with students and families—beyond lesson plans.
• Learn to navigate barriers kids face inside and outside the classroom.
• Sharpen communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills through daily classroom leadership.
• Work with school communities to remove obstacles and open doors for students who need it most.
