Responsibilities

• Maintain a structured and engaging Two-Year-Old classroom; supervise children and manage routines.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum with developmentally appropriate activities.
• Monitor and document developmental milestones; communicate with parents.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Rated standards, licensing, and center policies; prepare for observations.
• Lead and mentor assistants; collaborate with staff and administrators; participate in meetings and professional development.
• Engage families with updates and reports; address concerns promptly.
• Supervise health and safety during meals, naps, and outdoor activities; ensure sanitation.
• Stay current on best practices and renew certifications as needed.
