Qualifications

• Previous experience in a licensed childcare center or early childhood setting
• Lead teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
• Must meet state licensing and background check requirements
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily classroom routines and activities
• Create a warm, safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment
• Implement age‑appropriate lesson plans using our curriculum
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Encourage positive behavior through patience and respectful communication
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding updates and development
• Maintain a clean, organized, licensing‑compliant classroom
• Observe and support children’s progress and needs
• Guide and support assistant teachers or aides
• Follow all health, safety, and center policies
