Child Development Schools is seeking a Lead Teacher for Two Year Olds in Ringgold, GA. You will plan engaging lessons, guide young learners, and maintain a safe, welcoming classroom where curiosity and growth thrive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; background check clearance.
• Completion of 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of hire.
• Early childhood coursework or degree a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and work with young children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for the Two Year Olds classroom.
• Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing and ratio requirements.
• Observe and document each child's development and share progress with families.
• Build relationships with parents through daily communication and conferences.
• Complete required documentation including attendance and assessments.
