Job summary

LLE Education Group in Virginia is seeking a Lead Teacher who thrives in an engaging early childhood setting. You will design and implement lesson plans, guide children through daily activities, and collaborate with teammates to develop an enriching curriculum, and communicate with families about progress through apps.

You must have 1 year of field experience, a CDA/ECE credential or related degree, and pass a background check with VA licensing.

Qualifications

• CDA or ECE certificate, associates/bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework.
• Minimum of 1-year field-related experience.
• Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience.
• Successful background check and VA licensing standards required.

Responsibilities

• Create, design and implement lesson plans
• Manage your students as they learn, play, eat and sleep
• Keep your classroom organized and clean
• Observe your children's interests; work with other team members to develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculum
• Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal conversations

What you have:

• Superior classroom management skills, takin care of student both emotionally and academically.

Compensation:

• The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $19.00 per hour.
• The pay range listed here is what LLE Group in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
• Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
