What you have

• Superior classroom‑management skills, taking care of students both emotionally and academically.
• CDA or ECE certificate, associate’s/bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework. Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience.
