Location: Chicago, IL – covering River North and Oakbrook Center.

The Role

We’re hiring a passionate, proactive Dual Site Leader to oversee both venues. You’ll run daily operations, lead two teams, and drive guest experience, local marketing, and business growth. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments and love building strong teams, this is for you.

Key Info

• Salary: $60,000 to $70,000
• Bonus: Up to 10 percent annual performance incentive
• Start: ASAP
• Probation: All new hires are subject to a 90‑day probationary period. During this time, performance, reliability, and team fit will be assessed to determine continued employment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations at River North and Oakbrook
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members
• Ensure smooth, safe, five‑star guest experiences
• Cover solo shifts as needed within a lean labor model
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and operational budgets
• Track KPIs like revenue, guest satisfaction, and labor costs
• Support local marketing, sales outreach, and community events
• Work with HQ partners in Tech, HR, and Marketing

What You Bring
