Job summary

Villagio Hospitality Group is seeking a seasoned General Manager (Food and Beverage Manager) to lead Repeal Speakeasy and Moonsong Bar + Café inside the Tempo by Hilton in Manassas. Oversee daily operations across both venues and uphold service culture.

You will coach front-of-house and management teams, ensure health and safety, drive revenue, and partner with culinary and beverage teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-venue hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume service environments.
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Passion for hospitality and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Repeal Speakeasy and Moonsong Bar+Café within the Tempo hotel environment
• Lead, coach, and develop management and front-of-house teams to uphold Villagio and Hilton service standards
• Conduct consistent training, pre-shifts, and service coaching to ensure operational excellence
• Partner closely with the culinary and beverage teams to maintain quality and consistency
• Analyze financial performance and drive strategies to maximize revenue and control costs
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and Hilton brand standards
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming environment at all times
• Manage scheduling, labor controls, and inventory oversight
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture that motivates and supports the team
