Job summary

Villagio Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Assistant for Repeal Speakeasy in Manassas, VA. This role supports servers and bartenders, maintains a pristine service area, and helps deliver an elegant, seamless guest experience in a Prohibition-era setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or lounge setting preferred.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for the shift.
• Availability for evening and late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and bartenders by clearing tables, refilling water, and resetting for the next guest
• Keep the floor, service stations, and glassware areas organized and clean throughout the shift
• Polish silverware and glassware to match the elevated standards of the speakeasy
• Support with running food, stocking supplies, and light cleaning during service
• Anticipate guest and team needs - be ready to jump in wherever needed
• Uphold sanitation and cleanliness standards in alignment with brand and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with the team to keep service flowing smoothly
• Help set the tone of Repeal by maintaining a composed and professional presence
