Job summary

Feralloy is seeking a proactive Multi-Site EHS Manager to oversee safety programs at two SC facilities, Charleston and Spartanburg. You will spend ~60% of time in Charleston and ~40% in Spartanburg, engaging frontline employees to build a culture of safety.

You’ll work with Feralloy’s Corporate Safety Team and a third-party LMS for monthly compliance, conduct audits, training, and incident investigations to improve safety performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in safety role or 5+ years in a manufacturing environment with a proven safety mindset.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and general industry safety standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Manage safety suggestion program and analytics.
• Investigate near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct hazard identifications and safety audits.
• Coordinate 3rd-party safety training programs.
• Oversee incident reporting and workers’ comp coordination.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and safety documentation.
• Develop and maintain a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) library.
• Monitor waste management and environmental compliance.
