Our Toddler Teachers create a safe, engaging, and joyful classroom where children can explore, grow, and develop confidence. Through our play-based Wonder of Learning curriculum, you will guide toddlers as they investigate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting (Infant, Toddler, or Floater Teacher).
• Strong understanding of early childhood development.
• Energetic, dependable, and a true team player.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate daily activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and early learning
• Support key toddler milestones including language development, social skills, and potty training
• Foster a positive classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn
• Maintain active supervision at all times and ensure compliance with licensing ratios and safety standards
• Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to create a strong, supportive team environment
• Communicate effectively with families regarding their child’s progress and daily experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom

Position Overview

Our Toddler Teachers create a safe, engaging, and joyful classroom where children can explore, grow, and develop confidence. Through our play-based Wonder of Learning curriculum, you will guide toddlers as they investigate the world around them, build independence, and reach important developmental milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate daily activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and early learning
• Support key toddler milestones including language development, social skills, and potty training
• Foster a positive classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn
• Maintain active supervision at all times and ensure compliance with licensing ratios and safety standards

Schedule & Benefits

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (additional hours as needed)
• No nights or weekends
