Job summary

The Goddard School Fort Wayne seeks a passionate Lead Toddler Teacher to guide a classroom of 1–2-year-olds. You will create a warm, stimulating environment supporting social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Plan age-appropriate activities, supervise children, build strong relationships with families, mentor assistants, and ensure licensing standards are met. A degree in Early Childhood Education and 1–3 years of toddler experience are preferred; CPR/First Aid certification is

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with toddlers.
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment.
• Supervise and ensure the well-being of all children at all times.

Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to guide a classroom of children ages 1–2 years. The ideal candidate will create a warm, stimulating environment that supports social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
