Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing Two's Lead Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team. In this role, you’ll create a safe, engaging classroom where two-year-olds explore and build independence through play.

You’ll design interactive activities, maintain a warm routine, and partner with families and fellow teachers to ensure a high-quality learning experience in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• A High School diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps two year olds feel secure and confident.
• Build positive partnerships with families through open, ongoing communication.
