Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Porter to maintain two apartment communities, ensuring a welcoming impression for residents and staff. You will perform routine upkeep of buildings, amenities, and surrounding areas, keeping curb appeal and adhering to safety standards.

This full-time role requires availability for some weekends, with hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and a willingness to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year porter experience preferred.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Beginner computer skills preferred.
• Experience with on-site resident management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day duties for two or more apartment communities.
• Uphold grounds, amenities, and exterior upkeep.
• Assist in cleaning and preparation of units.
• Weather preparation and cleanup as needed.
• Organize supplies cost-effectively.
• Present appearance aligned with company image.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by community leadership.
