Trinity Property Consultants is hiring a Porter to perform routine upkeep of the apartment community, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will maintain curb appeal, communicate professionally, and operate tools safely. Duties include grounds cleanup, unit prep, weather prep, and inventory of supplies.

The role is full-time with a 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. schedule, weekdays, with possible overtime and weekend on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Porter experience preferred.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep of grounds, buildings, amenities, and common areas.
• Assist in cleaning and preparation of units including vacants.
• Handle weather prep and cleanup as needed.
• Organize and manage supplies efficiently.
• Present a professional appearance aligned with company image.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
