Job summary

Brainerd Public Schools is seeking two Speech Language Pathologists to support learners with diverse communication needs and work collaboratively with school staff to achieve IEP/IFSP goals. The role involves coordinated evaluations, direct services, and consultation to families and professionals.

Licensed Minnesota SLPs with CCC credentials and appropriate experience will join a district-wide program for the 2026-27 year and beyond, with a comprehensive benefits package and a multi-year

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota teaching license as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology / CCC SLP required.
• Experience with diverse student needs and IEP/IFSP processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct evaluations for Part C and Part B.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments and develop goals/outcomes.
• Educate parents and others regarding service provision and IEP/IFSP objectives.
• Provide specialized instruction as outlined in IEPs/IFSPs and collaborate with staff.
• Prepare documentation and maintain records for compliance and progress.
