Job summary

Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC is seeking a Multi-Plant Operations Manager to own day-to-day production, safety, quality, and cost across two facilities in Atlanta. You will drive continuous improvement, lead production leadership, and manage OEE, scheduling, and budget adherence.

You will partner with Maintenance and Tooling, oversee staffing, and champion 6S and visual factory practices while delivering on-time delivery and targeted COPQ reductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Background in metal stamping and fabrication preferred.
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
• P&L experience with clear financial impact.
• Quality systems experience (ISO 9001:2015 preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and Excel/ERP skills.
• Proven ability to schedule in and through ERP systems.
• Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production, Maintenance, Tooling, and Material Handling across two plants.
• Drive safety, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Own master production scheduling aligned to demand and inventory.
• Manage OEE and efficiency levers affecting OTD and costs.
• Coordinate equipment installs and facility layout changes.
• Develop Supervisors and Leads; coach performance.
