Job summary

Phoenix Stamping Group is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two plants in Atlanta, Georgia. The role involves managing production, maintenance, and tooling departments, ensuring safety and quality metrics are met. You will implement lean manufacturing principles and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in metal stamping and metal fabrication manufacturing preferred.
• Experience maintaining quality systems (ISO 9001:2015 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage Plant Production, Maintenance, Tooling, and Material Handling departments.
• Champion safety program and lead corrective action measures.
• Build and monitor production schedules aligned with customer demand.
