Burlington Capital Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at Deer Creek Village Apartments and Founders Ridge in Bellevue-Papillion. This role combines hands-on repairs with leadership across two communities, balancing priorities and ensuring high standards of property maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance experience or related field preferred.
• Experience in multifamily maintenance and supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations at two communities.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders based on resident needs and urgency.
• Lead and support maintenance staff with hands-on direction.
• Perform apartment maintenance and repairs (painting, carpet cleaning, appliance repair).
• Troubleshoot plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, roofing, and related systems.
• Inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure quality work.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and maintain standards.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests with professional service.
• Coordinate with Property Management on needs and priorities.
• Monitor expenses and work within budget guidelines.
• Maintain organized maintenance areas, tools, and supplies.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and requirements.
• Participate in resident events as requested.
• Respond to emergency maintenance during on-call periods.
• Travel between two communities as needed.
• Assist with other duties and special projects.
