Job summary

Deer Creek Village Apartments & Founders Ridge in Bellevue-Papillion seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee two communities, balancing hands-on repairs with leadership and organization.

The role involves coordinating maintenance, assigning work orders, managing budgeting, and ensuring safety and resident satisfaction across sites. Travel between communities is required and the position reports to Property Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience or related field preferred.
• Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance operations at both Deer Creek Village Apartments and Founders Ridge.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders based on resident needs, property conditions and urgency.
• Lead and provide hands-on direction and support to maintenance employees.
• Perform and oversee apartment maintenance and repairs, including painting, carpet cleaning, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, roofing and equipment as needed.
• Inspect apartments, common areas, buildings, grounds and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure quality.
• Travel between the two communities as needed to oversee and complete responsibilities.
