Job summary

Burlington Capital Properties is seeking dependable Maintenance Technicians to support Rising View, a military housing community near Offutt Air Force Base. This full-time position based in Bellevue, NE focuses on safe, functional homes and responsive service for residents and their families.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of residential systems, follow safety standards, and coordinate with the Property Management team to prioritize work orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential maintenance, construction, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders and service requests in residential homes.
• Diagnose and repair a variety of residential maintenance issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, drywall, doors, carpentry, and other home systems.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to keep homes safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Inspect homes and identify maintenance needs before they become larger issues.
• Prepare homes for new residents and help ensure homes are move-in ready.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and provide professional, courteous customer service.
