W.W. Grainger, Inc. in Georgia seeks a Multi-Site Store Manager to lead two branches, oversee operations, and drive financial performance with safety and efficiency. Onsite presence at Athens branch is required at least one day per week.

You will direct strategic and people initiatives across Norcross and Athens, ensure policy adherence, and promote continuous improvement across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to lead across multiple markets and complex priorities.
• Remote leadership of non-exempt, individual contributors.
• Strong project management, planning and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategic, operational, and financial performance of two branch locations in Norcross, GA and Athens, GA.
• Onsite at Athens branch at least one day per week.
• Make data-driven decisions to balance service quality, cost, ethics and integrity.
• Foster strong internal and external partnerships to position the branch network as differentiators.
• Manage operating expenses to meet financial targets and eliminate non-value-added activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure QA standards and service excellence.
• Lead talent management, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and recognition.
