You will drive operational excellence, partner with cross-functional teams, and manage staffing, budgets, and safety standards to maintain Grainger’s service leadership and customer focus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• 1+ years managing multiple sites preferred.
• Lead through complexity across markets and priorities.
• Remote leadership of non-exempt contributors.
• Strong project management and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct strategic, operational, and financial performance of two branch locations in San Leandro, CA and Burlingame, CA.
• Make data-driven decisions to support business objectives and customer needs.
• Foster partnerships to position the branch network and technical expertise as differentiators.
• Manage operating expenses to meet financial targets and reduce non-value-added activities.
• Drive CI initiatives and ensure compliance with branch quality standards and service excellence.
• Create safe, secure, and well-maintained branch facilities and adhere to policies and contracts.
• Lead talent management, staffing targets, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
