Qualifications

• Licensed Arizona attorney with at least 2 years of litigation experience in probate or estate planning.
• Experience handling family, fiduciary, or financial disputes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take meaningful responsibility for client matters, court appearances, motions, discovery, and mediations.
• Develop case strategy while working with experienced litigators on complex estate-related disputes.
• Advise on trusts, estates, guardianships, conservatorships, and elder abuse matters.

Responsibilities:

Take meaningful responsibility for client matters, court appearances, motions, discovery, mediations, and case strategy while working closely with experienced litigators on complex family, fiduciary, and financial disputes involving trusts, estates, guardianships, conservatorships, elder abuse, and inheritance matters.

Requirements:

Licensed Arizona attorney with at least 2 years of experience in litigation, probate, or estate planning.

Compensation and benefits:

• Competitive compensation of $120,000 to $160,000 depending on experience
