Berk Law Group, P.C. in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of litigation experience in probate or estate planning. You will handle disputes involving beneficiaries, executors, and trustees, while growing within a focused probate and inheritance litigation practice.

Ideal candidates have strong writing, research, and advocacy skills, and are prepared to take on meaningful client work under mentorship in a collaborative, specialty-driven firm.

Qualifications

• Must have active bar license in Arizona.
• Minimum 2 years in litigation, probate, or estate planning.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent beneficiaries, personal representatives, trustees, and other parties in probate and trust disputes.
• Handle fiduciary misconduct, will/trust contests, elder law issues, and related litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and court filings; conduct legal research.
• Communicate with clients about case status, deadlines, and strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team to manage assigned matters.
