JPS Composite Materials LLC in Anderson, SC is seeking a Twister Operator to safely operate and monitor twister frames, perform twisting and plying, and inspect for defects. The role requires completing ISO-compliant paperwork and maintaining quality checks during machine issues.

Responsibilities include inspecting for defective bobbins, repacking creel yarns, keeping the equipment clean, and following TPM schedules. Creeling duties may be required as needed to support production.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years’ experience
• Must be able to work in a tight, confined area without damaging yarn

Responsibilities

• Operate and patrol twister frames, perform twisting and plying procedures
• Place specifications on twisting frames and verify product quality during machine issues
• Inspect for defective bobbins and repack creel yarns correctly
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow weekly TPM cleaning audits
• Complete paperwork and records per ISO standards
• May assist in Creeling when needed
