Qualifications

• Management or supervisory experience in automotive repair, industrial parts, or related field.
• Ability to oversee two locations and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with inventory management and recordkeeping.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel between sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across North Brunswick and North Bergen locations.
• Coordinate priorities, ensure parts and supplies are available.
• Monitor shop performance and resolve operational issues.
• Oversee inventory counts and reconcile records.
• Handle customer questions and service needs professionally.
• Support administrative duties, including deposits and recordkeeping.
