Job summary

Uptime Cooling Systems and Finger’s Cooling Systems in North Brunswick and North Bergen, NJ seek a hands-on Multi-Site General Manager to oversee operations across two locations. You’ll lead teams, optimize processes, and ensure exceptional service for customers and partners, backed by a century of industry experience.

Key responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, managing inventory, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Management or supervisory experience, ideally in automotive repair, industrial parts, distribution, heavy‑duty equipment, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across two locations.
• Experience with inventory management, reconciliation, recordkeeping, and basic financial tasks.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• The ability to travel between both locations as needed and work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across both locations, ensuring work runs smoothly and company processes are followed consistently.
• Support employees, coordinate priorities between locations, and ensure teams have the parts, tools, and supplies they need.
• Monitor shop performance and resolve operational issues before they affect workflow or customers.
• Oversee inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and service needs professionally and effectively.
• Support administrative responsibilities, including daily deposits, recordkeeping, and home office needs.

Uptime Cooling Systems and Finger’s Cooling Systems are looking for a Multi-Site General Manager to oversee operations across our North Brunswick and North Bergen locations. Backed by nearly 100 years of experience in industrial cooling system service and distribution, we’re continuing to grow while maintaining the quality and reliable service our customers depend on.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and helping teams operate at their best across multiple locations.
