Job summary

You will drive deposits and investments growth, manage risk, and represent the brand with hospitality and a focus on technology-enabled financial solutions. You will complete our Branch Manager Training Program and travel for in-person training and meetings as required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Strong leadership with coaching and empowerment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving in banking operations.
• Experience maintaining a strong risk and control environment and adherence to policies.
• Ability to educate and connect team, partners, and clients with technology.
