The role requires overseeing branch performance, maintaining risk controls, and building strong relationships with local businesses and the community.

Formación

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a branch team to achieve deposits and investments goals.
• Deliver attentive, welcoming service and represent Chase culture.
• Grow deposits and investments while ensuring risk controls.
