Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer TWIC Badge Registration Driver in Deer Park, TX. This full-time position requires guarding chemical/petrochemical sites, managing entry, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring credential verification and access control.

Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring systems, and responding to incidents. A TSA TWIC and a valid driver's license are required; background checks and possible drug screening apply.

Qualifications

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Background/drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and drivers while enforcing site access procedures.
• Verify authorization for entry and manage visitor/contractor credentials and logs.
• Monitor access-control systems, alarms, cameras, and communications equipment; report issues.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and assist with emergency response.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
