Qualifications

Customer service and strong communication skills are required.
Ability to conduct routine patrols and deter incidents.
Background check and drug screening per law.
TWIC credential and valid driver’s license required.
Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following site procedures.
Conduct regular patrols of facilities and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify credentials; document activity.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and effectively.
Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, and observations for leadership.
