Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license as per Allied Universal policy.
• TSA-issued TWIC required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site policies and responding to incidents.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and processing visitors.
• Respond to alarms and incidents calmly following procedures.
• Regularly patrol access points and restricted areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document incidents and shift information and communicate with site contacts.
