Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the state of the job.
• TSA-issued TWIC.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen where permitted by law.
• State/local licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor location access by observing personnel and visitor activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents following site protocols and notify appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
