Qualifications

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in television production, broadcast operations, public media, or a closely related field.
  • Two years' experience with unit management, leadership or supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and completing projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operation and continued development of WNMU-TV and guide staff.
  • Coordinate national programming and local productions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Support donor and underwriting development through integrated on-air and digital fundraising.
  • Work with engineering and programming staff to monitor technical performance and audience data.
