Santa Fe Community College is seeking a Tutoring Center Coordinator to manage staff and daily operations, coordinate tutoring support, and maintain CRLA standards for national certification. The role supervises part-time tutors and ensures access to services for students.
Responsibilities include outreach, scheduling, training, and tutoring across disciplines to improve student outcomes—on-site in Santa Fe, NM, with a standard 40-hour workweek and exempt status.

Minimum starting salary $46,080.00

The Tutoring Center Coordinator manages the staff and daily operations of the Tutoring Center. Coordinates tutoring support, manages schedules, conducts outreach, and tutors students. Maintains College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) standards for national certification. The Tutoring Center Coordinator supervises part time tutors.
