Santa Fe Community College is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to lead a team of custodians, ensure clean, safe, and well-presented facilities, and coordinate daily operations on campus in Santa Fe, NM.
The role supervises about 22 crew members, assigns work, trains staff on cleaning methods and equipment, and enforces safety standards while supporting staff development and campus service quality.

The Custodial Supervisor leads custodial staff to maintain clean, safe, and well‑presented campus facilities. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring quality standards, coordinating work assignments, and supporting staff development to maintain a healthy environment for students, employees, and visitors.
Considerable physical activity. Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing or moving objects up to 50 lbs. and occasionally over 50 lbs. Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions. Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
This position is based on‑site in Santa Fe, NM. Typical work shift is 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.; may change based on operational needs.
High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of job‑related experience to include 1 (one) year of supervisory experience
