Job summary

Lordship School in Stratford is seeking a dedicated Reading Tutor to join our part-time team. You will provide personalized instruction, support, and encouragement to students to build reading skills.

The tutor will develop individualized plans, deliver one-on-one and small group sessions, monitor progress, and communicate with teachers and parents to ensure student growth. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Education, strong communication, patience, and a passion for helping diverse learners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other educators.
