Job summary

Stratford High School is seeking a dedicated Reading Tutor for a part-time role to provide personalized instruction, support, and encouragement to students, helping them improve reading skills and develop a love for literacy.

The tutor will create individualized plans, conduct one-on-one and small group sessions, monitor progress, and communicate with teachers and families to foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other educators.
