Job Specifications: Peer Tutors must have a minimum of a high school diploma and be attending Lake Michigan College courses or Early/Middle College courses, maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA. Successful completion of the course they wish to tutor (or higher level course) with a grade B or higher, or equivalent, is also required. Instructor recommendation preferred. Good interpersonal skills required. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must be able to commit for the full academic term. Comfortable using video conferencing and record-keeping technologies; training is provided.

Hiring Range: $13.73 per hour (follows the Michigan Minimum Wage requirements)
