Job Description

The Big Walnut Local School District is currently seeking qualified candidates foran academic tutor position for approximatelyfive (5) hours per day at Hylen Souders Elementary School (K-3). This is a part-time hourly position ($25/hour) with no benefits for the 2026.2027school year - 5 days per week, hours TBD. Employment process will be completed through the ESC of Central Ohio.

Minimum Qualifications: Must have or be eligible for current, active license through the Ohio State Board of Education (https://sboe.ohio.gov/educator-licensure)

Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Work with studentsin collaboration with teaching staff and building administrators to support student growth and help improve student achievement.
