Job summary

Big Walnut Local School District is seeking an academic tutor for approximately five hours per day at Hylen Souders Elementary School (K-3). This is a part-time hourly position at $25/hour for the 2026-2027 school year with no benefits.

This role reports to the Building Principal and involves collaborating with teaching staff to support student growth and achievement; the employment process will be handled through Educational Service Center of Central Ohio.

The Big Walnut Local School District is currently seeking qualified candidates for an academic tutor position for approximately five (5) hours per day at Hylen Souders Elementary School (K-3). This is a part-time hourly position ($25/hour) with no benefits for the 2026.2027 school year - 5 days per week, hours TBD. Employment process will be completed through the ESC of Central Ohio.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have or be eligible for current, active license through the Ohio State Board of Education (https://sboe.ohio.gov/educator-licensure)
