Job summary

Educational Service Center of Central Ohio is seeking qualified academic tutors for Big Walnut High School (9-12). This is a part-time hourly position at $25 per hour, about five hours per day, five days per week, for the 2026-2027 school year, with hours to be determined.

Responsibilities include working with students in collaboration with teaching staff and building administrators to support student growth and improve achievement; reports to the Building Principal.

Job description

The Big Walnut Local School District is currently seeking qualified candidates for academic tutor positions for approximately five (5) hours per day at Big Walnut High School (9-12). This is a part-time hourly position ($25/hour) with no benefits for the 2026.2027 school year - 5 days per week, hours TBD.

Employment process will be completed through the ESC of Central Ohio.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have or be eligible for current, active license through the Ohio State Board of Education (https://sboe.ohio.gov/educator-licensure).
