Job summary

Juliska is seeking a Turret Truck Operator for its Charleston, SC distribution center. Evening shift 3:30 PM–Midnight, Mon–Fri, with $18.00–$22.00 per hour and a $2.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inventory control, restocking, and order preparation in a fast-paced warehouse. The role requires turret truck or cherry picker experience, safe work practices, accuracy, and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Turret Truck or Cherry Picker experience required.
• Previous Material Handling Equipment (powered-electrical) experience required.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Must demonstrate safe behavior and follow management instruction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate running inventory.
• Put away and retrieve inbound pallets or cases to replenish pick locations.
• Receive deliveries, unload merchandise, inspect, verify and record deliveries.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and ensure good housekeeping.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for shipment per customer requests and routing guides.
• Support teamwork and continuous improvement through other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to strong safety standards and regulations.

The Turret Truck Operator will unload incoming shipments, re-palletize freight, put away freight in storage racks, restock cases in pick locations and oversee the general organization of the warehouse while operating the Turret Truck. The successful candidate must be able to work in a distribution environment, maintain accuracy, and possess great attention to detail. Candidates must be punctual, reliable, and meet safety and production standards in a demanding and rewarding environment.

Evening Shift ( 3:30 PM - Midnight)

Monday – Friday

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience

$2.00 per hour shift differential available for evening shift

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an accurate running inventory.
• Put away and retrieve inbound and Retrieve pallets or cases of inventory to replenish pick locations to be used for outbound order fulfillment.
• Handles all duties related to the receipt of goods; accepting deliveries, unloading merchandise from arriving trucks, inspects, verifies, and records all deliveries according to company policy.
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area and ensures good housekeeping; including but not limited to pallet breakdown, re-palletizing freight, and restocking inventory as needed.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for shipment as instructed through customer requests, internal pick tickets and routing guides throughout the facility.
• Support teamwork and continuous improvement through performing other related duties as assigned.
• Maintains and adheres to strong safety standards and complies with all regulations.

Requirements:

• Turret Truck or Cherry Picker experience required
• Previous Material Handling Equipment (powered-electrical) experience required.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Must demonstrate safe behavior and follow management instruction.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic math skills needed. Basic math assessment provided during interview process.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, hand carts, and pallet jacks.
• Must have good oral, written and communication skills, including basic computer knowledge.
• RF Scanning experience is a plus.
• Regularly required to reach with hands and arms. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and moving throughout the course of the shift. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse which may require lifting, standing, and carrying.
