Job summary

SUJA Life in Oceanside, CA seeks an entry to mid-level warehouse associate to perform receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping duties in a food manufacturing environment. This role requires adherence to GMPs and safety protocols, with a schedule of 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, including overtime when needed.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain inventory in NetSuite WMS, and collaborate with team members to ensure accurate, timely distribution of products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse environment.
• 2+ years forklift operating experience.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, select, palletize, and stage products for shipping.
• Operate equipment (box cutters, electric pallet jacks, forklifts) safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in NetSuite WMS.
• Follow health, safety, and GMP guidelines.
• Ensure timely shipping and sanitation.

• Pay or shift range: $19 USD to $20 USD The salary range listed is the expected pay range for this position. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by applicable law.

Description

Position Summary

Employees perform all functions assigned by thewarehousesupervisor and/ormanager, including but not limited to, receiving, returns, stocking,selection, pallet consolidation, loading and unloading trucks, shipping.

Schedule

• 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
• Sunday-Thurs day (2), with flexibility for mandatory overtime.
• Please note that schedules are limited and are not guaranteed to be available. Available schedules will be offered to candidates based on business needs and staffing availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, stocking, selection, pallet consolidation, unloading and loading as scheduled assignedincluding finish product coming from production.
• Perform selection utilizing pick tickets, building pallets of product, wrapping them from top to bottom and staging them in the proper shipping lanes.
• Operate any equipment training and certified to use in a safe and efficient manner. Equipment may include box cutters, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or other heavy machinery
• Experience with storage bays, racking systems, following inventory control, and FIFO procedures.
• Performaccuratedata entries in NetSuite WMSSystem
• Maintain warehouse in good condition
• Comply withall applicable health and safety codes.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions related to safety, equipment operation, and daily work assignments.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties not listed here may be assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Job Qualifications

• Require2+ years in warehouseenvironment. Require2+ years forklift operating experience.

• Frequent standing, walking, and exposure to cold or wet areas are expected.

• Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment with multiple facilities, material handling equipment, GMP’s, and afreezer/cold environmentof down to -10F degrees.

Physical Demands

• Comfortable working ina refrigeratedfreezer/coldenvironmentdown to -10F degrees.
• Must be able to stand, sit, bend and be able to lift 50lbs, push/pullup to100lbs/continuous motion.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions, including lifting, grasping, and handling materials or equipment.
• Must have sufficient hand-eye coordination and dexterity tooperatewarehouse tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Capable of safelyoperatingmanual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
• Ability to tolerate constant movement, exposure to varying temperatures, loud environments, and occasional vibration.
