Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Turret Set Up I to prepare turret machines and processes for production, install and align tooling, and support smooth workflows. You will work from schedules, assist operators, and train new staff in setup techniques and product inspection.

This role requires attention to quality, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Onsite shift: Mon-Thu 4:15pm–2:45am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; prior turret set up or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Willingness to train others and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Set up turret machines and processes for production.
• Install, adjust, change, and align tooling and equipment for operation.
• Analyze machine/process problems and determine solutions.
• Support quality program with inspections and documentation.
• Assist operators and train in setup and inspection techniques.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and participate in preventive actions.
• Plan workflows to ensure smooth transitions between jobs.
